Account: your email and name, from sign-in (Google or email/password).
Files: the spreadsheets you upload and the results generated — processed temporarily, only to provide the service to you.
Usage: aggregate events (upload accepted, analysis, download) without the content of your spreadsheets, to understand and improve the product.
Payment: processed by Stripe. We do not store card data on our servers.
To authenticate you, process your spreadsheets upon your approval, run billing and keep the service secure. We do not use the content of your files for other purposes and do not sell your data.
The uploaded content (original, samples, previews, result and detailed reports) expires within 24 hours, including on error or abandonment. A deletion request removes the temporary content immediately.
Account data is kept until you delete the account. Minimal history and aggregate metrics may be kept for a limited period, without the text of your cells.
With providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payment) and, when AI suggestions are on, an AI provider that receives only a minimized sample — never the whole spreadsheet or full personal data. There is no selling or sharing for advertising.
You can access your account data and request deletion of your account and data at any time. Just write to contact@arkanalab.com.br.
We use TLS, private storage, per-account isolation and secrets only on the backend — details on the security page. We use only essential cookies to keep your session; we don't use tracking cookies for advertising.
