Data Clean is a web app by Arkana Lab for cleaning and standardizing CSV and XLSX spreadsheets. It detects problems, shows a fix plan and, after your approval, generates a new clean file.
The service does not promise perfect correction, universal preservation of Excel features or guaranteed processing time. It standardizes what is valid; invalid values stay intact and are reported.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for all activity on it. The account is personal and must not be shared.
The files you upload remain yours. You declare that you have the right to process the data they contain and agree not to upload illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.
We use the content only to provide the service to you and remove it per the privacy policy — within 24 hours.
It is prohibited to bypass limits and quotas, overload the system, reverse-engineer, access other users' data or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
There is a free plan and paid plans (monthly subscription and one-off credits), processed by Stripe. You can cancel the subscription anytime; paid access lasts until the end of the period already paid. Prices and limits may change, with prior notice.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkana Lab is not liable for indirect losses arising from use. Always check the result before relying on it.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after the update means agreement. Questions: contact@arkanalab.com.br.
